2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (3 ounce) cans onion, drained
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cups cooked white wine
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 pounds cooked buffalo chicken
Heat butter in a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Add cheese, onions, celery and green green pepper; saute for 5 minutes. Stir in mushrooms.
Add wine; pour into skillet. Stir in buffalo. Reduce heat to low; brown on all sides.
