Coconut Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (7 ounce) can evaporated milk

2 eggs

2 cups plain yogurt

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (8 ounce) can whole milk chocolate candy, chopped

1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix evaporated milk, eggs, yogurt and butter. Mix well and pour mixture into prepared crust.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 50 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned. Cool completely on a plate. Cool completely and refrigerate left over mixture.

To make the filling, stir together chocolate candy and chocolate cookie crust. To make the filling, stir together chocolate candy, chocolate cookie crust, whipped cream and melted chocolate candy. Frost cooled pie.

I LOVED THIS RECIPE! Like another review I halved the recipe and cooked in a mini loaf pan, folded the end into the top of the loaf and roasted in the oven. Turned out great.
