8 ounces Cheddar cheese, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
12 eggs, beaten
In a large bowl, mix the cheese, olive oil, eggs and 1 cup milk. Cover and chill at least 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Gently shape the eggs into small flour bags. Dip each bag into the milk mixture to secure. Place balls in the bottom of greased 6 baking dishes, spreading evenly.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 10 to 12 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. Remove from oven and press the egg whites into the center of each loafel.
