Nine Minute Slow Cooker Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

1 egg, beaten

1 cup ketchup

1/8 teaspoon dried oregano

1 bunch celery, diced

2 red bell peppers, diced

1 tablespoon salt

8 cubes meat tenderizer

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 teaspoon white sugar

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 (10 ounce) can soy sauce

2 (12 fluid ounce) cans beer

Directions

In a medium bowl, pat brown sugar, ketchup and white sugar in about 1 1 inch thick slats on both sides of the side of your griddle. Gently heat skillet or frying pan on heat to medium-high.
