3 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and seeded
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced ripe tomatoes
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (3 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, cream margarine and butter together. Mix in the mushrooms, red pepper flakes, jalapeno peppers, tomatoes and cheese. Mix well and spread mixture over the bottom and sides of an 11x7 inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and bubbly.
