2 cups milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping-ingredient mix
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant banana pudding mix
1 cup instant coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
3/4 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup frozen tortellini
1 tablespoon heavy cream
In a large bowl, beat milk and cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in the frozen whipped topping, liquid and pudding mix. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill in refrigerator until serving.
