1 (4 pound) round chicken, cut into cubes
1 (16 ounce) package chicken cut-up
4 cubes chicken bouillon
1 (16 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
4 ounces grilled chicken wings, cut into pieces
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into cubes
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
Preheat outdoor grill for indirect medium heat.
In a large bowl, mix together chicken and bouillon cubes. Create a well in the center of each cube and pour in sausage, mozzarella cheese, chicken pieces and vegetables. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour (make sure the bouillon cube does not leak out!).
Smoke slabs of chicken and vegetables in indirect medium heat between both sides of the grill. Cook 5 to 5 1/2 minutes per side, or until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender (watch closely).
