1 (18.25 ounce) package THINED cup white chocolate, smashed, room temperature
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a microwave-safe bowl, shake and cream together. Stir in 1/2 cup sugar, vegetable oil and chocolate until completely combined; continue to knead until smooth.
Pour into baking pan. Spread 1/3 of cream cheese mixture evenly over bottom of pie shell. Pour remaining mixture over this opening in the pie. Layer with remaining gelatin mixture over top of pie, continuing to knead. Sprinkle top with fruit, if desired. Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.
Make a small modification of bottom of pie by filling with remaining cream cheese mixture. Pinch off chunks with knife, then press into bottom of pie. Cool completely before serving.
