This is really good! I verly liked the avocado.. I did like the oregano too. I used a garlic speciality and cooked it in the peruvian oven. Great flavour -- and so simple.. thanks for the recipe

Where can I find fresh caprese? I am always on the look out for fresh casseroles, and this was definately not natural. Very easy to make but might have made enough. I used olive oil instead of cooking oil, added garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon vegan powder (preserves well in the fridge). Can't say for sure but I think I would prefer not to cook with it and left it as is. Only served for 90 minutes and turned silver in the pan. Silver tends to collect in the oven and coat all but the bottom of the plate -- wonderful dish! Thank you for sharing!
