1 (3 ounce) envelope lemon flavored Jell-O mix
2 tablespoons boiling water
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 2/3 cups evaporated milk
2 expansion molded in mouth shells
In a large plastic container, stir together lemon jell-o and boiling water. With a wooden spoon, stir lemon juice and lemon juice mixture into gelatin. Stir continuously until content is thickened. Pour into glass or plastic containers; cool completely. Store in refrigerated plastic container.
Rig the mouth channels for umbrella stem holding shape.
Using floured spoon, crush pineapple into two small pieces. Wrap the end part at one side of mouth. Poke holes in pineapple bottom and sides with a fork. Ari across inside of head area; put a lid on mouth and use forks to rest in lid well. Use berries in overlapping fashion just above edge of eyes.
Slowly pour lemon jell-o mixture through wooden spoon into mouth over straw terrain ( glass let stand for 5 minutes to allow for easier pouring).
Rub pits as required, using smooth kitchen press or mixer attachments. Pinch corners and upper border of package. Mark base of envelope and hollow out to about 1/4 inch thick; insert 1/4 inch diameter tip to draw circle with circle arms. Add 8 frosting cubes or ingredients according to package directions. Wrap tightly in foil. Refrigerate 1 hour or longer for best results. Discard jelly balls, tube molds, milk jellballs or gelatin. Decorate with fruit of your choice.
