3 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10 ounce) can chicken broth
1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger white vinegar
1 (15 ounce) can diced celery
4 slices cottage cheese
2 (10 ounce) cans chicken broth
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Saute chicken breasts in oil in microwave for 5 to 10 minutes. Drain grease.
Stir in chicken broth and chicken broth. Blend in vinegar and celery. Mix until well blended. Stir in mushrooms, celery, and bacon. Spoon mixture into a 10x15 inch baking dish.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 1 hour. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until chicken strips easily when pressed. Serve immediately.
