2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons dried rosemary
2 tablespoons dried rosemary, crushed
2 teaspoons dried sage
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
3/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
6 fluid ounces orange maraschino cherry brandy
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add basil, rosemary, sage, garlic, basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme and orange maraschino cherries. Saute about 5 minutes, stirring often.
Add lemon juice and orange maraschino cherry brandy. Stir gently over medium heat until blended. Simmer briefly, then remove from heat. Pour over beef mixture in slow cooker.
