4 lemons, sliced
1/2 cup fresh pineapple juice
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
3 cups frozen sliced white grape
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup sliced almonds
1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped peaches
In medium saucepan, mix lemon juice, lemon zest and lemon zest. Bring to a boil. Stir in pineapple juice, whipped cream, sugar and lemon juice. Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes or until mixture is thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice mixture, grape, peaches and almonds. Pour into warm glass serving bowls. Cover and chill in refrigerator.
