1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (16 ounce) bag Italian-style salad dressing
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic and chicken until golden brown. Pour in olive oil and heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour in cooked salad dressing and simmer for 5 minutes. Transfer chicken to a serving dish.
