1/4 cup margarine
3/8 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 dash lemon zest
2 eggs
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup pound French bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate.
Mix together margarine and flour. Spread marinade onto bread slice; place over bread. Brush evenly with orange juice. Flip bread slices about 2 or 3 inches to coat. Bring several inches to the vertical and 2 inches to the horizontal to keep bread from sticking.
Place lemon juice in a small saucepan. Mix in lemon zest and orange juice. Slowly stir in eggs.
Place bread slices on grill and brush lightly with lemon zest and crushed garlic pepper. Brown well and brush with Dijon mustard.
Oral Grilling: Place crab pieces on the grill. Brush lightly with mustard mustard oil and place on grill. Grill 15 minutes per side, turning once.
