1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
4 quarts lemon juice
1 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 cup fruit preserves, divided
Mix brown sugar, eggs, lemon peel and lemon-lime soda; mix thoroughly. Spread with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Place 1 tablespoon sugar portion into a mixing bowl. Stir in peach preserves and spread over fruit. Serve at room temperature.
