Spinach Dip II Recipe

Ingredients

2 (16 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup chopped fresh spinach

2 tablespoons butter

Directions

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, spinach, butter, and egg until blended. Pour mixture into medium bowl, and mix in cream cheese mixture along with Parmesan cheese. Cover and chill in refrigerator.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Warm a 9x13 inch baking dish or casserole dish. Combine cream cheese mixture and egg mixture in a medium-size mixing bowl. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with sage leaves. Drizzle with remaining butter mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 40 minutes, or until bubbly. Top with fresh parsley before serving.
