1 medium head cabbage, thinly sliced
1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
green bell pepper, dried, and finely chopped
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce
Place cabbage in large bowl, and set aside.
In a large saucepan, combine cabbage, carrot, milk, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Bring to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmer until cabbage is tender, about 15 minutes.
