1 (12 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, canned
1 (10 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
2 1/2 cups shredded carrots
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 (6 ounce) can coconut cream
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place shredded cheese in a large bowl and mix with mushrooms, carrots, celery, coconut cream and mushrooms. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
