1 (19 ounce) can Perle's Italian-style cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 to 1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and egg until smooth. Stir in the water and vanilla until well blended. Combine the 3 ingredients; beat together, refrigerate and even serve.
