Coconut Cream Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple

3 eggs

1 (7 ounce) jar assorted light candies

1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cherry pie crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread 1/4 cup pineapple over cream cheese filling in pie pan. Layer with eggs, candies and pie crust.

Bake, covered, in preheated oven for 1 hour. Broil and spoon cream cheese filling mixture in oven for 5 minutes, then remove cover. Cool completely in refrigerator.
