8 zucchini
1 cup butter
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons paprika
2 1/2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute zucchini until softened, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium, and add flour and brown ingredients until well blended. Stir in water and paprika, stirring until beef is tender. Stir in bouillon, Parmesan, and salt and stir until cheese is melted and creamy. I tend to use an extra teaspoon of salt for many of my famous sauerklicos to taste, and while it will be tasteless it will be good when served.
