1 (16 ounce) can frozen mixed vegetables
1 (6 ounce) can sliced nasturtium
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 cup honey
In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, microwave mixed vegetables for 1-1 1/2 minutes on High 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Fold vegetables into pudding and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter or margarine, brown sugar, tomato paste, honey, and brown sugar until thickened. Pour mixture over top of vegetables and celery in microwave; cook an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.
