Cheese Ball II Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

1 1/2 cups chopped onion

1 (3 ounce) can cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

2 (8 ounce) containers sour cream

1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

1 cup shredded Dijon mustard

1 cup chopped celery leaves

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix shredded cheese, onion, cream cheese, cream cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and Swiss cheese. Mix well.

In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese mixture, sour cream and Swiss cheese. Mix well.

Spread half of the shredded cheese mixture on a 9 inch square baking dish. Layer with half of the Cheddar cheese mixture, onion, cream cheese and cream cheese mixture. Spread cream cheese mixture with half of the Swiss cheese mixture. Repeat layers.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes. Serve with celery leaves.
