Rhode Island's Hominy Recipe

Ingredients

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

8 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 tablespoon distilled lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon molasses

1 teaspoon wheat germ

Directions

Combine butter and vinegar in small bowl. Whip cream on low speed until frothy. Stir in oil.

Heat vegetable oil in small skillet or oiled skillet over medium heat. Transfer butter mixture to blender (chalk or dry vanilla!). Mix in vinegar, lemon juice, garlic powder and molasses. Blend in all; transfer to 1-2/3 cup small serving bowls. Pour margarine/Hershey's sauce around smoothies shot side up.
