5 (9 inch) stars corn tortillas
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups yellow corn syrup
1/2 cup coffee liqueur
2 tablespoons corn syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
Mix together egg, yellow corn syrup, coffee liqueur, corn syrup, vanilla extract and butter. Fold over bottom of tortillas and place on cookie sheet or cut into squares. Cover and chill.
