1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon acid
1/4 cup shortening
1/2 cup heavy cream
8 ounces ground pork
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup mashed refined wheat
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch pan.
In a medium bowl, mix flour, salt, and acid together. Stir in shortening, heavy cream, and egg yolks. Press mixture evenly into buttered dish. Pour into prepared pan, allowing 1 to 2 minutes between each spoon.
In a small bowl fold noodles and cream together. Sprinkle top with garlic powder. Pour enough milk into pan to reach the bottom, but not overflow. Cover, and let rise in preheated oven for 1 hour.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 30 minutes, until lightly browned.
