2 (5 ounce) packages instant French baguettes
1 1/2 cups cubed, cooked potatoes
1/2 cup potato starch
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 dash hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried sage
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix potatoes, potato starch, butter, hot pepper sauce, oregano, basil, rosemary, parsley, sage, and hot pepper sauce. Mix well and place on a large baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
