1 pound lean, boneless pork loin
1 (6 ounce) strip celery, thinly sliced
1 slice finely chopped onion
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Combine pork, celery, onion and milk in a small bowl. Shape into meatballs. Place in a large resealable plastic bag.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir the celery, onion and milk until golden brown. Remove from heat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and horseradish. Taste, and reduce to desired thickness.
Pour sauce over meat balls. Serve meat in patties with sauce, if desired.
