1 (9 inch) pie pan
4 eggs
1 cup white sugar
4 cups water
18 eggs
2 cups yellow food color, melted
Preheat oven to 375. Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking pan.
Combine eggs with sugar and water in 2-quart saucepan; heat over stove. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low; stir in egg whites and remaining 1 cup of sugar; cook 2 minutes, until thick.
Sterilize pan; add eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, and soy sauce. Place on and bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before use and chill before serving.
