1 (10 ounce) package frozen sweet potato, thawed

Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and celery, cook for 5 minutes and stir. Stir in garlic, oregano, rosemary, basil, thyme, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, sweet potato, basil and thyme; cover with plastic wrap. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Serve immediately or refrigerate to chill.
