1 (16 ounce) package roasted sweet potatoes
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 1/2 pounds butterflied chickens
10 slices cooked cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place roasted sweet potatoes and sugar in a medium bowl. Stir, and set aside to cool.
Place butterflied chicken into the bottom of the greased pan. Spread half of the cheese over the chicken, then top with the remaining cheese and sweet potato, covering completely.
Cover the bottom of the greased pan. Spread half of the cheese over the top, then spread half of the chicken over the top, covering completely.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until internal teminature of the chicken reaches 170 degrees F (80 degrees C).
