1 (16 ounce) package brown sugar gluten-free instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup water
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (8 ounce) can fruit flavored Jell-O mix
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Mix brown sugar, vanilla pudding mix, water, and cream cheese using an electric mixer. Stirring constantly, mix items until combined. Gradually beat in sugar, eggs, lemon zest and lemon juice while mixing. Pour mixture into cup; replace lid. Freeze until hard, stirring occasionally.
Fill individual jars with pudding. Refrigerate. Pour in fruit gelatin and orange juice as needed. Chill overnight before filling jars.
