1 cup butter, softened
3 1/2 cups honey
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease cookie sheets.
Beat butter and honey in small bowl until smooth. Beat in egg yolks one at a time. Beat in egg yolks, one at a time. Beat in vanilla extract. Pour mixture into cookie sheets.
Bake for 11 to 13 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
