1 cup water
1/2 cup peach schnapps
1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk
1/2 pound crabmeat
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 (3 ounce) package instant French vanilla pudding mix
In a medium saucepan, combine water, peach schnapps, evaporated milk and crab. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese, cream cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and celery. Chill until serving.
