3 cups cooked chicken/pork
2 (4 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1/2 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 pinch prepared horseradish
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 large egg, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, mix chicken pieces, tomato sauce, white sugar, brown sugar and horseradish.
Mix in the egg, 1/2 cup of the Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon salt and pepper. Mix until well blended.
Place the pita pockets on small plates. To assemble, roll pita pockets in slightly, pinch edges to seal and fold into flat side of pockets.
