1 quart heavy whipping cream
1 cup butter
1 cup water
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 pounds fresh bread baking mix
In a saucepan, add heavy whipping cream, water, eggs and vanilla extract to the simmering water and bring just to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about half minutes, stirring constantly and using about half of the sugar and remaining fruit juice.
Stir in baking mix and continue to simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
Chill in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight before serving.
