2 1/2 cups orange juice
2 cups water
1 cup white sugar
1 (8 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O mix
1 (16 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
3 eggs
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
1 (8 ounce) can orange-flavored carbonated beverage (such as Tropicana Gelatin)
1 cup whipped cream
1 (8 ounce) can sliced almonds, drained
6 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature

In a saucepan, bring orange juice, water, sugar and gelatin to a boil. Stirring constantly, boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool to lukewarm.
