1 1/2 pounds lean beef roast
1/3 cup chopped mushrooms
4 green onions
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 (.75 ounce) packet dry onion soup mix
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown grated garlic and mushrooms in pan drippings. Add green onions, garlic, poppy seeds and soup mix.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook 1 extra minute to prevent scorching; remove from heat.
