1 gallon milk
8 ounces sweet Italian sausage - not bone in
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 bouillon cube
1 tablespoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, or more to taste
Place milk in a large saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil. ( Do not boil.) Mix cream cheese and spinach and cook until tender. Reserve 1 tablespoon of mixture for last. Pour milk over mixture, cover and refrigerate.
Pour all remaining milk mixture into cold milk mixture. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes. Stir in garlic, paprika and paprika.
Remove cheese from the large saucepan and drizzle with Worcestershire sauce.
