Pumpkin Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients

1 (14 ounce) package pearl lemon cake mix

1 1/2 cups cold buttery round crackers

1 cup chopped pecans

1 cup chopped pecans

3 cups all-purpose flour

3/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/3 teaspoon baking soda

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9x5 inch round muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, cracker crumbs, pecans, flour, baking powder and baking soda. Stir just until moistened. Pour batter into prepared muffin cups. Spoon the meringue onto the prepared paper.

Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
