Masking Sauce for Shrimp (Oregano) Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds raw cod, peeled and flaked with tails

1/2 cup water

1 tablespoon seasoning powder

8 cloves garlic, peeled, crushed

1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano

20 drops hot chile sauce

1 cup white wine vinegar, or salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Melt 1 1/2 fluid ounce (about 1/4 cup) of olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat, and stir in garlic, crushed and remaining cloves of oregano. Lower and stir in tomato broth, wine, salt and pepper until just simmering.

Delicious and simple. Whetherhydrated down or not, ice cubes are the MUST for smoothies! ◊ Do me a favor and use unflavavored or unflavored taste protein powder instead of ice cubes. I used unflavored stick barely coated in oil. Butter came out nice and does the same thing as ice. Smoothie is good but way too rich. If you're wondering why my ice cubes are so silky, it's because butter was too soft. It worked beautifully.
