2 sliced breads
2 slices cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt pork seasoning
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
1 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons minced onion
Preheat oven broiler.
In a large bowl, mix the breads, cheese, butter, milk, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, pork seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and onion.
Dissolve the salt pork seasoning into the brown sugar mixture and mix well. Pour the egg mixture into the bread mixture alternately with the milk mixture. Place the bread mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove bread from oven and sprinkle with remaining seasonings. Serve immediately.
