1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup Tahini
5 egg whites
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
In medium mixing bowl, beat sugar and Tahini until smooth; add egg whites. Fold into plastic bag, squeezing mixture into small spouts. Beat on low speed until smooth; beat about 3 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Fold in cream cheese and whipped cream. Pour or scoop into serving dish.
Allow assembly to cool. Fill or envelope with scoop or cream cheese pudding mix. Refrigerate serving.
