4 ounces Brussels sprouts
2 onions, minced
2 tomatoes
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium head cabbage, shredded
2 potatoes, peeled, cubed
1 celery cube, crushed
1 cup steak broth
4 carrots, grated
salt and pepper to taste
Place Brussels sprouts in water to cover. Boil 8 to 12 minutes, or until tender. Drain and place Brussels in a large bowl. Let cool 10 minutes. Place Brussels in medium bowl.
In a large mixing bowl, combine Brussels, onions, tomatoes, potatoes, celery, cube and fish broth. Add celery mixture, seasoning salt, salt and pepper and beat until smooth. (Tip: You may want to add a little juice to taste.)
