Mango Nut Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup white sugar

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups vegetable oil

1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon almond extract

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 cup water

1 cup low fat milk

3 Cans fruit

1 teaspoon chopped maraschino cherries

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease 9x5 inch loaf pan.

Sift flour into a small bowl. Add sugar, eggs, oil, almond extract, vanilla extract, maraschino cherry and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together milk and fruit drink. Mix briefly like frosting. Fold fruit into milk mixture. Spread mixture into prepared loaf pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of bread comes out clean. Carefully remove loaf from pan.
