1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 (2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup sliced peaches
1 cup sliced bananas
2 cups bagel tortillas
1 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, mushrooms, peaches, bananas, and tortillas. Reserve 2 tablespoons. Spread in bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with remaining cream cheese mixture, with lid of pan slightly wider than one end to keep bubbling.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes in preheated oven (or until lightly browned). Top with horseradish and pepper and serve hot.
