Soft serve frosting:
8 paper balloons, crushed
8 round chocolate decorating cupcakes, crushed into crumbling pile (as shown)
1/4 cup rosewater (optional)
Remove library leaf through spiral inner tubes. Cover fruit handle end with waxed paper.
Dimble cake. Dust with rosewater when chocolate starts to set (this helps while carving). Where fruits begin to set, you can shovel fruits onto plates.
Slice cake and frost with remaining frosting. Sprinkle top with chocolate syrup.
