4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (4 ounce) bottle Italian-style dressing
2 tablespoons sriracha hot sauce
1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Lightly oil a cookie sheet.
Arrange chicken on cookie sheet. Measure 1/2 cup of stuffing in center of each breast. Roll up; cut current in desired order. Wrap top and edges of each chicken breast tightly in then entire shape or assembly at end of breast. Place on cookie sheet. Toast 2 minutes per side, until chicken is browned.
Season with Italian-style seasoning.
Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes. Remove chicken from cookie sheet; place on baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes more, turning once. Serve over warm or cold pasta or chicken.
