1 cup piled ripe olives
1 cup chopped endive or Gorgonzola cheese
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 ounces low-fat mayonnaise
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 cup mayonnaise, divided
2 tablespoons Italian-style seasoning
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
In a medium bowl, toss together the olives, cheese, Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, onion, green onions, mayonnaise, Italian-style seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. Shape into a simple solid shape. Cover and chill in the refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.
Heat 1 tablespoon mayonnaise in an electric food processor or blender and pulse until mixture is coarse. Reserve 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise and cut into pieces. Spread into large shallow serving bowl.
